Since reopening following COVID lock down, I have been visiting the gym several times per week and feel perfectly safe due to the procedures of requiring masks, socially distancing, and cleanliness of equipment.

O2 North Ridge has done a great job keeping the facilities clean and sanitized since COVID. Giving everyone their own spray bottle for cleaning is a great idea, and seems to be well-received by all gym-goers.

It depends on how many questions you have. Typically a tour of our clubs can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes.

If you're planning on working out, bring your gym clothes, water, and anything else you might want for your workout. If you just want to see what the club offers, just bring yourself! 

Of course — We actually recommend scheduling your tour 30 minutes before your preferred time of day to workout or a studio fitness class you're interested in trying out. 

Not at all — We use our tours as an opportunity to get to know you, your needs, goals, and lifestyle, so we can show you exactly how our gym, classes, amenities, and a team of experts can help you.

After setting up a time and date for your tour, you will receive an email from one of our Membership Advisors with a calendar link. That email also contains a link to reschedule your tour if something comes up.
