Get ready for 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes or strength, and 20 minutes of yoga at our local Red Oak Brewery! We will begin with breathing exercises, setting our intention, ramping up to a Tabatta style cardio workout. Then we will combine yoga with strength training by lifting weights while engaging yoga poses. We will conclude with relaxing peaceful breathing exercises to slow down and connect with our body and soul, and maybe even a drink after class ;).
