Cycle Studio:
8am HIIT the Bike: Take high-intensity interval training to the next level by combining the power of cycling with dynamic floor work.
9:30am Ride: Pedal your way to improved cardiovascular fitness and leg strength in a dynamic indoor cycling class.
Main Studio:
8am HIIT: Maximize calorie burn and boost endurance with high-intensity interval training.
8:45am Chisel: Develop strength, endurance, agility and speed during this high intensity, full body workout, with short bursts of plyometrics in between each exercise.
9:30am BodyPump: Sculpt your body and boost strength with high-energy, barbell-based exercises targeting every major muscle group.
10:15am Xtreme Hip Hop Step: A revamp of traditional step aerobics with routines set to old and new school hip hop.
11am Turn Up Dance: A high intensity interval training dance workout that feels like you’re going to club with your friends!
11:45am Zumba: Dance, sweat, and groove to infectious rhythms for a workout that feels like a party!
12:30am Yoga: Perfect for the active individual seeking a deeper stretch and more flexibility.
Mind~Body Studio:
10:15am Pilates: This low impact class that works to balance all muscle groups with a specific emphasis on the core.
