Join Coach MiKayla in a Neon Theme Hip Hop Cardio Class and help raise money and awareness for The Alzheimer's Association by celebrating the Longest Day Ever! Registration will be a minimum of $10 donation, so open your hearts, get ready to dance it out, and let's shine light on a worthy cause!  This class is also open to all member and non-members and spots are limited so grab your friends and get registered today!
