9:30am FlowFire: A high-energy fusion format that blends yoga-inspired flows (the Flow) with strength and cardio-based movement (the Fire).
10:30am Turn Up Dance: A high intensity interval training dance workout that feels like you’re going to club with your friends!
Cycle Studio:
9:15am HIIT the Bike: Take high-intensity interval training to the next level by combining the power of cycling with dynamic floor work.
Mind~Body Studio:
10:30am Pilates: This low impact class that works to balance all muscle groups with a specific emphasis on the core.
