7:15am Ride: Pedal your way to improved cardiovascular fitness and leg strength in a dynamic indoor cycling class.
8:15am Bodypump: Sculpt your body and boost strength with high-energy, barbell-based exercises targeting every major muscle group.
9:15am RPM: Indoor cycling set to the rhythm of motivating music while your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
10:15 am Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Find length and flexibility as you link your breath to each pose, set intentionally to move together as a cadence. Leave feeling calm, centered, and ready to tackle your day.
Mind~Body Studio:
9:15am BodyCombat: Punch and kick your way to fitness during this high-energy martial-arts inspired workout.
