What is CHISEL?
Develop strength, endurance, agility and speed all in one class! This is a high intensity, full body workout with short bursts of plyometrics in between each exercise. CHISEL will challenge and push you no matter where you are in your fitness journey! If you are looking for a high energy workout that offers you variety and results, then CHISEL is just what you need!
What is HIIT THE BIKE?
HIIT THE BIKE is a powerful class involving Interval Training with two major blocks of work that each encompass 3-4 tracks or songs. This class allows members to work aerobically and anaerobically with active recovery periods to help them push to their best performance every class.
What is FLOWFIRE?
FLOWFIRE is an energizing mat workout that seamlessly blends Yoga Sculpt, Pilates and HIIT. Enjoy the challenge of small mind-body movements with speedy transitions that are sure to elevate your heart rate. Each set of movements builds on the last, empowering you to strengthen everything from your upper body, lower body and core.
