What is INTENSITY?
Interval-based strength with bursts of cardio
Built-in work + recovery to train aerobic + anaerobic systems
Full body: lower + upper + core + heart-pumping cardio pops
What is SHRED?
AMRAP-style work in 5 major blocks (8 minutes each)
Strength + weights focused with purposeful conditioning from the pace
Members choose weight + speed, while you coach form + intensity options
Total body emphasis with options for regressions
