This summer, we're offering a series of classes designed to support postpartum recovery and promote pelvic floor health. Attend one session or experience the full series! All sessions are free for O2 Fitness members, but registration is required.
Week 1: Pelvic Floor Foundations: Awareness, Breath & Everyday Support
Pregnancy, birth, aging, injury, posture changes, and recovery can all impact how the pelvic floor functions. In this class, participants will learn what the pelvic floor is, why it matters, and how it connects to breath, bladder control, posture, and everyday movement such as lifting, carrying, coughing, sneezing, and exercise. Participants will also practice breathwork, gentle awareness exercises, and foundational strategies to reconnect with the pelvic floor in a safe and supportive way.
