Week 3: Postpartum Yoga & Mobility: Move Safely, Recover Confidently

This class focuses on how the pelvis changes during pregnancy and how to protect the pelvic floor as the body recovers. Participants will move through gentle yoga-based movements and stretches while learning what to do, what to avoid, and how to continue enjoying the benefits of yoga to support mobility, nervous system regulation, and recovery.
