Week 4: Strength for Life After Baby: Lift, Carry & Move with Confidence
Life after baby requires strength: lifting, carrying, feeding, getting up from the floor, holding car seats, managing stairs, and keeping up with family life. Participants will learn how to implement strength training strategically as they recover, with a focus on safe progressions, posture, core support, and everyday movement patterns. This class will include functional strength exercises designed to help participants feel stronger, more capable, and ready for the demands of daily life.
