7:30am BodyAttack: You’ll build stamina and our sports-inspired moves will improve your coordination and agility.
8:15am Chisel: Develop strength, endurance, agility and speed during this high intensity, full body workout, with short bursts of plyometrics in between each exercise.
9am BodyPump Heavy: Serious strength training made simple and fun with science-backed heavy lifting, iconic music and addictive energy.
9:45am FlowFire: A high-energy fusion format that blends yoga-inspired flows (the Flow) with strength and cardio-based movement (the Fire).
10:30am HIIT the Bike: Take high-intensity interval training to the next level by combining the power of cycling with dynamic floor work.
