Join O2 Fitness Seaboard in celebrating the power of strength training on Saturday May 6th by participating in the 500lb/1000lb Club!💪
What is it?
This event will focus on three compound movements: Deadlift, Squat, and Bench Press. On the day of the event, the participant will complete all three movements and the your top weight for each movement will be collected after each lift. If the total weight lifted amounts to or surpasses 500lb or 1000lb, you qualify and earn a Spot in the Club, a T-Shirt, and most importantly, bragging rights. 😜
Registration is only $20, but there is a cap of 30 Participants, 10 competing in each "Wave". There will be three waves; one at 8:00 am, one at 9:30 am, and one at 11:00 am.
