The O2 Fitness Family is THRILLED to be moving into the Winston-Salem Neighborhood!  To celebrate our Preview Studio Opening soon, O2 Fitness Winston Salem will be holding a Pop Up Group Fitness Class at Foothills Brewing Tasting Room Friday, November 18th from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Destress from a long week by sweating out the bad vibes and replacing it with a local classic drink.
